Here are the default credentials below;
Username: cisco
Password: cisco
Fall-Back IP Address: 192.168.xxx.xxx (This IP can change if you have DHCP enabled in your LAN) and if not then alone you can use the Fall Back IP)
When this device is assigned a DHCP Address, you cannot tell this and you will need to download the Cisco Findit tool as shown below.
These details can be found by hovering over the displayed device name as listed under wireless below.

Enter the IP address (192.168.xxx.xxx) on any browser to access the3 Access Point
Use the initial setup wizard to make life easy 😊 Or use the below methods
Note: After accessing the LAWP WAP561, it prompts you to change the password.
Use the password generator to generate a secure password.
Step 2: By default the Cisco WAP561 Wireless Access Points Radio (wireless) button is not enabled.
– login to the AP,
– Navigate to the wireless tab
– Select Radio
– On the Radio page window under Basic Settings,
– Click on Enable.
Entering the SSID parameters
Navigate to the Wireless Tab and expand it,
– Click on Network
– Select the radio interface first, and then enter the configuration parameters (Entered name the name ‘SSID for the Wireless WLAN AP’ and click on save
Also configure the security (Passphrase)
Note: For roaming, I Configured (used) the same SSID and password, so when you are out of the first coverage, then you are automatically connected to the new AP
