– Select on Users & Groups
– Click on Cisco Webex Meetings and
– Click on the “-” to remove it from automatic startup as shown below

This only works one time. The next time you start WebEx, it adds itself to the Startup menu again and activates it.

It was behaving this way on 10.15.5. I just updated to 10.15.6 a few minutes ago. Fingers crossed for success, but more wishing than honest expectation.

You must also start the Cisco Proximity app, go to preferences and uncheck “start on login”.
