Here are the steps in adding an OpenVZ template on Proxmox Server

- Expand the datacenter Cluster
- Expand the host Node
- Click on the local storage (local PvE) as it relates to you!
- Navigate to the right pane and select content
Under content
- Select Template
- From the Template, view select the recent download of your Linux distribution
- Click on downloads
