2.2 Complete a survey or provide us with feedback/ Report a problem: If you provide us with feedback of your own volition or when taking part in one of our surveys, we will process your data in order to conduct the survey, or to evaluate and, where applicable, implement your feedback. In some cases, we may ask for separate consent from you to process the data provided as part of a survey. We save this data until your user account is deleted unless you have provided consent to it being processed beyond this point. User-generated content (i.e. likes, comments, community forums, etc.): The content and reactions you share in the social network are visible to all users in the social network.  Additionally, this information can be accessed outside of the social network for non-users and can be found in online search engines. If you delete the content you shared and the reactions, they will be removed from the social network. The legal basis for this processing of personal data is Article 6 (1) b) of the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).

Jetpack is a third-party service provider of ours. Jetpack Ads is a one-click feature designed to help generate income from a WordPress site. It is activated on our site. The following privacy information relates to our visitors as made available by (Jetpack).

Data use

We collect and send the following information (made available from the visitor’s browser) to our Demand Partners: IP address, geographical data (derived from the IP address), user agent, operating system, device type, unique user ID (randomly generated identifier), current URL, and IAB (Interactive Advertising Bureau) interest category.

Data Retention: Log data (IP address, geographical data, user agent, operating system, device type) is stored for 30 days. The unique user ID is stored in cookies and is retained for 1 year.

Activity Tracked

We track ad impressions, video-related events (i.e. pause, mute, 100% plays, etc.) or errors, and ad click events.

Various cookies are used for the following purposes: delivering targeted advertisements to specific visitors, storing user identifiers, and collecting anonymous ad platform stats.
