The main reason we process your data is to preserve our justifiable interests while taking your interests into account (e.g. when we send you updates about the appearance of new posts).

2. Information you provide to us
This refers to data we obtain from you directly and information you publish and send on TechDirectArchive Website such as:
2.1 Fill in forms/Login details (e.g username, email address and password):When you register to be able to use TechDirectArchive website we have to record and process certain personal data as your login data. You can unsubscribe to our notifications at any time. These login details are not visible to third parties. If you delete the e-mail address(es), it/they will be removed from the respective application. We will erase the e-mail address(es) in full when you delete your user account. We will not ever pass this information on to third parties under any circumstances. We delete this data when you delete your user account. The legal basis for this processing of personal data is Article 6 (1) b) of the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).
2.2 Complete a survey or provide us with feedback/ Report a problem: If you provide us with feedback of your own volition or when taking part in one of our surveys, we will process your data in order to conduct the survey, or to evaluate and, where applicable, implement your feedback. In some cases, we may ask for separate consent from you to process your data provided as part of a survey. We save this data until your user account is deleted, unless you have provided consent to it being processed beyond this point. The legal basis for this processing of personal data is Article 6 (1) a) (separate consent) and b) of the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).

User generated content (i.e. likes, comments, community forums, etc.): the content and reactions you share in the social network are visible to all users in the social network. Additionally, this information can be accessed outside of the social network for non-users and can be found in online search engines. If you delete the content you shared and the reactions, they will be removed from the social network. The legal basis for this processing of personal data is Article 6 (1) b) of the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).
3. Information we automatically obtain through your use of TechDirectArchive
We do not collect data about you automatically by any means while you visit or make use of the TechDirectArchive Websites service except for the use of third-party analytic providers and technologies, including cookies and similar tools, to assist in collecting this information.
4. Cookies and Other Electronic Technologies
Note that some of our advertisers may serve you cookies as well. We do not have control over cookies placed by our advertisers. Advertisers/vendors may collect information identified above and are subject to their own privacy policies, not ours. 4.1 Privacy Information on Jetpack
Jetpack is a third party service provider of ours. Jetpack Ads is a one-click feature designed to help generate income from WordPress site. It is activated in our site. The following privacy information relate to our visitors (as made available by Jetpack @ www.jetpack.com):
We collect and send the following information (made available from the visitor’s browser) to our Demand Partners: IP address, geographical data (derived from the IP address), user agent, operating system, device type, unique user ID (randomly generated identifier), current URL, and IAB (Interactive Advertising Bureau) interest category.
Data Retention: Log data (IP address, geographical data, user agent, operating system, device type) is stored for 30 days. The unique user ID is stored in cookies and is retained for 1 year.
We track ad impressions, video-related events (i.e. pause, mute, 100% plays, etc.) or errors, and ad click events.
Various cookies are used for the following purposes: delivering targeted advertisements to specific visitors, storing user identifiers, and collecting anonymous ad platform stats.
5. Information Collected from Social Media
When you “like” or “follow” us on Facebook or Twitter or other social media sites, we may collect some information from you including your name, e-mail address, and any comments or content you post relevant to us. We may also collect your information if you sign up for one of our promotions or submit information to use through social media sites.

8. What “Your Rights” Are
You can reset your Cookies. You can remove or reject cookies via your browser settings. In order to do this, follow the instructions provided by your browser (usually within “settings”, “help”, “tools” facility). If you clear your cookies, it will delete Tech-Drive-Archive Cookie and therefore the Cookie ID will no longer identify a cookie on your device. This means the next time you visit the Site (unless you actively identify yourself by logging in), we will not recognize your or your device. We will treat you as a new user and will set the Tech-Drive-Archive Cookie again.
You may delete browser information. May Internet browsers allow you to disable HTML5 local storage or delete information contained in HTML5 local storage using browser controls.
If you would like to correct or erase your personal data we have collected please send us a request by email at firstname.lastname@example.org. When we receive such a request, we will seek to comply as soon as reasonably practicable (but in no event more than 30 days).
