Change the Spelling and Proofing Language in PowerPoint
Below are the steps to get this done.
- Launch PowerPoint
- Navigate “Tool” on the top menu bar as shown below

Next, select languages under tool as shown below
- Select your speller and proofing language as shown in the figure below
- Click on Set As Default.

To make this take effect immediately on your current ppt. windows, close and relaunch PowerPoint.
The tools is so powerful that allows several proofing languages in the same presentation. Make sure to have the required proofing dictionaries installed as shown above.
