As already explained above, the error is straightforward. By the way, I thought this issue was only present in 2018 and 2019. Unfortunately, that is not the case, as I am using an old retail ISO from 2019. This is because the evaluation copy caused a lot of issues and I do not have a new ISO file. Simply disconnect the internet connection. This step involves removing the internet cable or disabling the NIC.
