To fix this issue effectively, search for a suitable (recent) installation media for your Windows Server Edition.
Mount the ISO file and run the setup as shown below.
Select the Operating System
Accept the License terms
Select to keep personal files and apps as if you were upgrading.
Because I selected to install updates during the installation process, it will check for updates.
