In this article, we shall discuss how to manage your Microsoft Account Password Reset via Web and Windows. One of the best ways to protect your Microsoft account and keep your data from prying eyes and malicious actors is to use a strong password for your Office Home Page connected to your Windows PCs. Please see How to Disable the Command Prompt on Windows 11, How to reset and reinstall Windows 10 locally, and how to Reset and reinstall Windows 10 from the cloud and how to recover your Windows 10 when you cannot boot to Windows.

Generally, after you create a password for your account, you don’t need to change it regularly. Still, you must update this information if you want to use a different secret phrase, believe your password has been hacked, or forget your existing password.

Whatever the cause, Windows gives numerous simple ways to reset your password, whether you are using a Microsoft website or the Office Home Page settings. If you want to change your Windows local account password, see: How to change your Windows Computer login Password.
