The Windows Remote Desktop Connection tool gives users the ability to connect to a remote Windows PC or server over the internet or on a local network. Recommendation: Before proceeding with your device troubleshooting, as you can see from the error message below, ensure the device is truly turned on.
After switching the device on, now I am able to connect to connect remotely as shown below
