We could not connect to the remote PC with error code 0x204 and make sure the PC is turned on and connected to the network – Part 2

The Windows Remote Desktop Connection tool gives users the ability to connect to a remote Windows PC or server over the internet or on a local network. We have before discussed some common errors. So, in order not to make the post lengthy, I have decided to break it into a different part. Read part 1 on How to resolve: We could not connect to the remote PC here.

Recommendation: Before proceeding with your device troubleshooting, as you can see from the error message below, ensure the device is truly turned on.

After switching the device on, now I am able to connect to connect remotely as shown below

You are connecting to RDP host

If the device is truly turned on, then you can follow up with other recommendation (suggestions) as discussed here.
