Check Maximum RAM Capacity

To view your system’s maximum RAM capacity, follow the step below. Open the Start menu, search for “cmd” and select the Command Prompt.

Now, some numbers will show up on the screen. These are the highest amount of RAM that your computer can handle in Kilobytes. Use a tool to convert the Kilobytes to Gigabytes, or divide the numbers by 1024 twice.
