Microsoft Form is a Microsoft online service that can help you to create forms faster and after creating your form you can also set email alerts. But the good side to this form service is that you can embed this form into your website. In this guide, I will be showing you how to get your form’s JavaScript to Embed Microsoft Forms into Your Website Page (code) and people can access your website and send inquiries or requests from your website to you directly using the form created. 1: Follow these steps on How to Embed Microsoft Forms into Your Website Page. Log in to your Microsoft account and access Microsoft Form

2. Click Collect Responses at the top-right corner of the form

3. Click Embed and Copy the Javascript code

4. Go to the web page you want to insert the code

My website page in this instance is my index.html and I will insert the embedded code inside the body.

Once the code is properly inserted into the right location inside your web page code then you will be able to view the form directly from your website. Your website visitor can send information to you via the form.
