How to Share Calendar in Outlook for Desktop

Press the Windows key to open the Start menu and search for Outlook to launch the app.

How to Share Outlook for Web Calendar with Other People.

Follow the instructions below to share your calendar with others.

Go to Outlook.com and log in to your account. Click the Calendar icon in the navigation window and choose Share from the menu.
