Instead, you need to download and install font files on your Windows 11 or 10 operating system to make them accessible across all your Office apps, whether you’re using a Microsoft 365 subscription, the standalone Office 2021 or 2019 versions, or an older Office version.

Press “Windows key + I” to open “Settings,” then click on “Personalization.” On the right pane, select “Fonts”.

Click on the “Get more fonts in Microsoft Store” option.

Browse and select the font family you want to install and click the “Get” or “Install” button to initiate the download and installation process.

How to Uninstall Fonts in Office from Settings
