How to download and install DriveLock on Windows

DriveLock helps ensure the success of your business and this depends on how reliably you protect people, businesses, and your services from cyber-attacks and the loss of valuable data. Therefore, DriveLock is your partner for IT security and data security. In this article, we shall discuss how to download and install DriveLock on Windows. Here is How to uninstall the DriveLock Agent from your device, and Concept of DriveLock with a focus on Encryption.

I have decided to create multiple articles in order to simplify the installation and testing of DriveLock functionalities. follow the steps below to set up a VM and download DriveLock.

DriveLock is a lightweight software solution that helps you secure your desktop computers. It has a Multilingual User Interface (MUI), allowing you to select the desired language during installation or when running the program. How to activate DriveLock License on Windows Server.

VM Creation on VirtualBox

Step 1: Setup a VM for the installation of DriveLock: Here I will be using VirtualBox for my DriveLock installation.

install DriveLock

Note: Ensure the server is joined to the domain if you would like to manage devices in a domain environment. When this step is complete, proceed to download DriveLock on the Server.

See the fix to the error “The following server could not be reached or validated: The DriveLock server returned an invalid or unrecognized response“.

Step 2: Download DriveLock

You can download and test DriveLock as I have done in my lab environment. After I got the software, I click on TEST NOW as shown below

Windows

This will redirect you to the URL below in order to fill out 30 days without charge or obligation form . This is because you can only use the test license for 30 days.

As shown in the screenshot above, you can click on any of the links to download DriveLock software in any of the formats. See this guide for the installation and configuration of DriveLock.
