How to update WampServer to Latest Version

Update-Wampserver

WampServer is a Web development platform on Windows that allows you to create dynamic Web applications with Apache2, PHP, MySQL and MariaDB. WampServer automatically installs everything you need to intuitively develop Web applications. You will be able to tune your server without even touching its settings files. Best of all, WampServer is available for free (under a GPML license) in both 32 and 64-bit versions. In this article, you will learn how to update WampServer to Latest Version. Here are some exciting articles: insstall, and Upgrade Chocolatey: How to Create Chocolatey Packages, and How to create Virtual Hosts in a WAMPserver.

Note: When you update only “Wampmanager“. It does not add any Apache PHP, MySQL or MariaDB versions as it is a cumulative update. It is not necessary to apply the old updates 3.0.1 to 3.3.0 before applying 3.3.1 etc. See how to fix an error has occurred in the script on this page: HTA applications report a Script error after upgrading to ADK for Windows 11, version 22H2, and a review on FoneTool as the best iPhone backup software.

There will be no changes to your Apache, PHP, MySQL, or MariaDB settings and versions used; your local sites and databases will not be affected. This update is necessary to install the latest Apache, PHP, MySQL or MariaDB addons. Please see how to uninstall WAMPServer from Windows.

Thanks for this post.
It would have also been interesting to see how to export and import the database from different version as it is not just a simple process of clicking on different versions from the Wamp server.
