Like every other antivirus solution, Quick Heal Antivirus provides complete protection against viruses, malware & other online threats. The cfrbackup folder is created automatically when installing the QuickHeal antivirus and when you want to delete this folder. You get an error like you can’t perform this action. In this guide, I will be showing you How to Delete Quick Heal Anti-virus cfrbackup folder or other Anti-virus on Windows. Please see How to perform DriveLock quick setup, Fix Windows cannot check for updates in Windows 8, 7, and 10, and How to Quickly Fix Windows Search Bar Not Working.

What is a Quick Heal cfrbackup folder?

This folder gets created automatically when you are installing QuickHeal antivirus. This is a system file backup that can get so large and sometimes can even be up to 10 to 20 GB and this reduces the space you can use for more important things on your system.

This backup is something that can be done once and not necessarily all the time to avoid limiting the space on your system. Whenever you try deleting this folder you will get this message “You need permission to perform this action. You require permission from Administrators to make changes to this folder”. If you try multiple times you will get this message.
