The App Store is a digital distribution platform for macOS apps, created and maintained by Apple Inc. When you redeem an App Store & iTunes Gift Card, you add credit to your Apple ID balance. Redeem License
Redeem your content code on your computer. Launch you the App Store. as shown below
Ensure you are signed-in. To sign-in, click on the Sign In button as shown in the image below.

Note: If you decide to use the camera, follow the instructions on the screen. If you have an older card or you are in certain countries or regions, you might not be able to redeem a card with your camera.
