
Microsoft 365 is a subscription-based model that includes the most collaborative, up-to-date features in one seamless, integrated experience. Microsoft 365 Family plan lets you share your subscription with your family for up to 6 people, and use your apps on multiple PCs, Macs, tablets, and phones. Microsoft Office365 Subscription Cancellation
In my case, I never needed it, I have an active Office2019 running on my PC and also have the possibility to download office from my University or work. If for some reason you have decided to cancel your Microsoft Office365 subscription. The process is very straightforward, and you will also be able to remove your payment method as well. To do this, kindly navigate to the following link.
On the “All subscription page”, click on Cancel Subscription as shown below.
You will be prompted again to click on Cancellation, Kindly click on it.
As you can see below, my Microsoft Office365 subscription has been cancelled.
Remove Microsoft Office365 Payment Method
To do this, kindly naviage to the following billing/payment page. Note: Login is required to access this page.
Click on payment & Billing, click on the payment option, and then manage your payment window will open as shown below. Since I used PayPal as a payment method in concluding the subscription, I have decided to also remove it. To do this,
– Click on Remove Account.
You will be asked to confirm. Click on Remove as shown below.
As you can see, the payment method (PayPAl) has been successfully removed.
Upon clicking on”Close”, you will be dropped right back into the Manage your payment window as shown below. I will just sign out from here.
