Install the Phone Link App on Windows and iPhone
During the Out-of-Box Experience (OOBE) on a new Windows 11 laptop (initial setup). You will be prompted to pair your mobile device to enable cross-device features such as notifications, messaging, and file access.
OOBE pairing boosts productivity immediately with wireless mirroring of calls/texts/photos, unlike Android’s fuller screen casting.
For me, since I use iPhone, I will select iPhone as shown below.

Pair Your Phone
From my mobile device, I will scan the below QR code and follow the prompts on the mobile device.

Confirm the pairing code with what is shown on your iPhone and click on pair.

As you can see below, I have successfully paired my Windows PC with my iPhone. Click on Continue to proceed as shown below.

Next, sign in with your Microsoft account

… and you are all set as shown below.
