Slack is a new way to communicate with your team. It’s faster, better organized, and more secure than email. You can only delete or deactivate your Slack account from a computer browser, you cannot do so through the app on a mobile device. You can also start the process from the Desktop if you wish. But you will be redirected to the browser to complete the deletion or deactivation.
Deleting a workspace is permanent, so make sure to proceed with care. Messages and files cannot be retrieved after your workspace is deleted, so we recommend exporting your workspace data first.
